This is a good overall chart for the area although a little out of date (released in 2008). Then again, no paper chart is ever completely up to date. Still good for the roads, I imagine, but the marine navigational aids are not all in the right places. There is no lat/lon grid, but there are lat/lon marks along the margins. The chart uses the Australian Map Grid, which is probably OK for non nautical users.

There are a few larger scale insets, useful for piloting into areas of interest, although north is not always at the top of the page.

I haven't found a better paper chart yet, though.
