Additional memory means additional maps.
The SD-Card slot allows the navigator to make use of additional data such as the 1:250 000 scale map data for the whole of Australia. This incorporates 4WD track data simply not available in street navigation databases. Previously the only way to access this information was via software and devices that used raster information (- such as laptops or PDAs running OziExplorer.)

When you purchase a Nuvi at The Map Shop for an additional $50AUD we supply an SD card with this mapping ready to go. It includes roads, tracks, locations, geographical features, contours and more.

Ideal for the 4WD enthusiast - city &  country
